All our patients now have an allocated GP, if you are unsure who your GP is please feel free to contact the practice. A member of our reception team will be happy to help you.

We operate an appointment system at present with daily extra spaces for genuine emergencies and urgent problems.  We would urge anybody needing an appointment to ring at 8.00 a.m.  An appointment with a specific doctor of your choice may entail a delay but the soonest available appointment with any doctor or nurse will always be offered.  We are constantly trying to improve our systems and these arrangements may be changed in the future.  A five minute telephone consultation with a doctor/nurse is available for some enquiries. Reception staff will advise if it is appropriate to make a telephone consultation appointment.

Follow-Up Appointments

If you are asked by your doctor to make a follow-up appointment, please do so before you leave the surgery.  Failure to do this means we cannot guarantee you will see the doctor of your choice.

On The Day Appointments

If you require an urgent “on the day” appointment you will be allocated an appointment with the next available clinician. This will not necessarily be the doctor of your choice.


If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
