Appointments can be made by either telephoning the surgery, by calling into the surgery or booking an appointment on line (you will need to register to do this)When booking an appointment on line press the routine box to access the available appointment. You may consult any of the doctors in the practice.
Appointments are usually made 48 hours in advance but there are a number of advance bookings available for up to six weeks.
If you need a same day or emergency appointment please give your telephone number to the receptionist and our triage nurse will call you back.
Telephone consultation slots are also available after the doctors morning surgery.
Please note that 10 minute appointments are for ONE problem only. Please ask for a double appointment if you need to discuss anything else. Doctors run late when patients discuss multiple problems in a single appointment.
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Wasted appointments mean longer waiting times for other patients.
