High Street Surgery information

High Street Surgery is housed along with five other practices in Waters Green Medical Centre.

There is  patient car parking available but this is only for whilst you are attending the Medical Centre. Parking Eye is installed and you are asked to log your vehicle registration number into the machines available in you surgeries reception area.  Failure to do this could result in a fine.  If your visit to the surgery is longer than 1 hour please tell reception staff and give them your vehicle registration number.

The surgery is on the second floor of the building.

There are three lifts available to use as well as stairs. 

There are toilets available for patients on the first and second floor each with a distress alarm. 

There are also  baby changing facilities available. If you would like to feed your baby in private please ask reception and they will show you to a vacant room.

If you would like to speak to a receptionist in confidence please ask the receptionist and they will find a vacant room.

Our receptionist are there to help you so if you have a problem please speak to one of them and they will do their best to help.

There is an induction loop fitted at reception. Please ask.

Our waiting room has been replanned so that wheelchair users find it easier to get around.

If your appointment is for a blood test, minor surgery or to see the midwives this appointment will be on the first floor. Please report to the reception desk there.

On the second floor you will see an info desk which provides answers to many questions.  They provide leaflets and help to anyone who needs it.  Just ask one of the volunteers and they will do their best to help.
